Training

We offer training services from one-to-one tuition, to up to fifty delegates in our own training centre at Bloxham Mill, or for larger numbers at any location of the Client’s choice. Recent training programmes undertaken include:

• Auditor training for a Multinational’s technical team
• In-store training workshops for high street retailer food handlers
• HACCP and on-site training for manufacturers
• Basic food hygiene training for food handlers

Our programmes are tailored to the Client’s needs and our trainers are practical, experienced food industry professionals – not academics.
